Building Procedure

Step 1: Contact Hi-Quality Home Improvements for your free design consultation

Step 2: We will create a design together to meet your specific needs and provide you with a quotation

Step 3: Acceptance of quotation

Step 4: Plans will be drawn up and submitted to council for approval

Step 5: Upon council approval, we will make contact with you to organise start date

Step 6: Construction will commence. Inspections will be organised throughout as required by council.

Step 7: Construction complete, final inspection organised and Occupation Certificate will be provided.

Step 8: Now its time for you to enjoy!
